Update on thanksgiving
So how did everyone do with keeping some of the tips for Thanksgiving dinner? I stuck with about 3 of them. I drank lots of water throughout the day, ate lots of veggies and turkey and didn't really snack to much besides some olives. I definitely ate to much food (potatoes and rolls for sure) and I didn't take a walk before or after dinner. One thing I should've added to my first post was to take smaller portions at dinner-time and come back for seconds if you're still hungry, that way you don't end up with half a plate full of food that ends up getting thrown out or even worse eaten just because it's there. Now that thanksgiving is over I will be trying to get back into a routine of exercising, eating healthier and trying to get my acne back under control (I tend to have break-outs when I eat sweets.) Hope you had a great thanksgiving!

I actually did really well for Thanksgiving! I told myself-and my readers!-that I wasn't going to over eat, and I didn't! I ate smaller portions, and was full! Not stuffed!
ReplyDeleteI look forward to seeing future posts! What kind of excercise do you do? Walking/joggin/TV program?
Right now I'm doing Turbo Jam, because I live in Montana, its nearly impossible to get outside and excercise-much as I love to. So I settle for inside...*sigh*
I don't reccomend Turbo Jam unless your downstairs in the basement, away from guys eyes!

Hey! Thanks for the comment. Great Job! I know how hard that can be :) stay in touch and I'll be posting what kind of excises I do. There are plenty of things you can do inside, like walking up and down stairs backwards, its harder then you think and you're out of breath before you know it. I agree, I'd rather be outside then inside. How are you liking Turbo Jam?
ReplyDeleteHave a great day!
